Curious how our consignment store works

We have three basic ground rules for consignment that we like to call CCK:

Call First: Please call ahead or message us before bringing in consignments. There are times that we have to stop intake due to overstock or season change, so please call ahead. We take items seasonally, so please call to find out which season we are taking. Consignment schedule and breaks are weather and inventory-dependent, and are subject to change.

Clean First: Make sure your items are clean and ready to go before dropping them off! Clothing and shoe items must be clean and stain-free, with no rips, tears, hair, or excessive wear. Toys and equipment must be clean and in working condition, with working batteries if required. If we have to clean your items or supply working batteries, a $5 fee will be charged to your account.

Keep to the Limit1 Bag/Box TOTAL per consignor, every two weeks. Bag/box should
be easily carried by one person.

Kids’ Items: Can be up to one full bag/box. Limit does not apply to baby equipment like strollers,
bouncers, or other large items. Any items deemed “no thank you” by our staff will be donated to local charities.

Baby Clothing 0-12months will be bought outright by store at 20% of selling price and
credited to consignor’s account. Quantity of baby items taken per consignor is subject to change
due to current inventory. Baby items we choose not to take will be donated unless otherwise requested.

Women’s/Men’s Items: 15-20 items every two weeks, per consignor. Items will be sorted by our staff upon drop off, and anything deemed a “no thank you” will be returned to you right away. Please enjoy shopping while we sort your items! **Please note that we have a 3-step process in filtering your items, and sometimes blemishes are found on step 2 or 3, after the initial sorting and returning. If blemishes causing the item to be a “no thank you” are found on step 2 or 3, the item will be donated.

Please see the list below for our best-sellers, not-so-good sellers, and items that are prohibited. Our store sets all prices, and you will receive your choice of 40% cash payment or 50% in-store credit of the selling price of each item after it sells, not including taxes or fees. Items may be discounted for sales and seasonal changes at store discretion. Items not sold after 60-90 days become property of the store and will be donated or bought outright by the store. We work hard to take care of your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss. Stop in any time during business hours to pick up your payment or use your store credit! Any pay or store credit left for 12 months will be dissolved.
